1.What is the return policy?
All products purchased from asifaandnabeel.pk can be exchanged
within 14 days of purchase only if: -
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged
or defective at the time of delivery. - The item(s) does not match the
original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as
you had actually purchased.
You
must notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to info@asifaandnabeel.pk or
by calling at +92 326 0866039, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Asifa
& Nabeel, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be
fair to both parties.
Replacement
will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped domestically.
You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item
at info@asifaandnabeel.pk, within 14 days of purchase before any claims
can be processed.
There
are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns &
exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made
outside the specified time frame. - The product is damaged because
of use. - The product has tampered.
2.How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly
while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned
to us.
3.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you
purchase.
4.What if an item is missing from my order?
To claim a missing item, you must record a
continuous video while opening the parcel. Without a video, we will not accept
the claim.
5.What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be
marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as
“Available” on the website.
6.What if the product color varies?
While we strive for accurate color representation, slight variances may occur due to photographic processing. Asifa & Nabeel does not accept responsibility for
these minor differences.
7.Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
8.How can I make a payment?
Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer and Debit/Credit Card
(Visa/Master UnionPay, American Express etc).
9.Can I exchange a stitched dress if the size doesn't fit?

10.Does unstitched dress include all patches shown in the picture?
Our unstitched suits typically include fabric
for the shirt, trouser, dupatta, and embroidery patches for embroidered
dresses. The exact contents may vary by design, so please check the product
description for complete details.

12.How can I know my exact size and measurements for stitched dresses and pret?
Please refer to our size guide available on each product page to find your best fit. Moreover, we also provide the model height and the dress size she is wearing. Therefore, you can take an estimation from the information provided.
13.Can I customize embroidery, color or anything in luxury formals?
Luxury formals are made to order. You can
customize the color, embroidery, or size, but it would increase delivery time
and extra charges are also applied for customization.
14.What sizes are available in stitched outfits?
Our stitched collection is available in various sizes, including Small, Medium,
Large, and Extra Large. Size availability may vary by design.
15.Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at
checkout.
